Community Choices Resource Center

The Community Choices Program is an Atlanta Regional Commission quality growth initiative. Through Community Choices, we provide cities and counties with the tools, technical assistance and resources to help them create communities that that best suit their unique visions.
Tools
The Community Choices Toolkit is a collection of timely, high-quality resources on community planning and quality growth. The tools provide citizen planners, elected and appointed officials with information they need to implement innovative community planning concepts in their city.
Technical Assistance
Through the Community Choices Implementation Assistance program, ARC provides select communities with the staff resources necessary to implement quality growth policies and plans. Our Online Studio reviews some past Implementation Assistance projects. Applications for assistance are accepted in March of each year and can be found on our website or by contacting Katrina DeBerry at kdeberry@atlantaregional.com.

Resources
The Atlanta Regional Commission provides a broad range of tools, resources and technical assistance to help local governments design communities that work for them. The goal is to assist local governments with making good, long-term decisions about where, when and how they should grow in order to achieve the unique and individual vision of each community.
